In the first of a series of monthly “30” day challenges, we’ll be kicking off with hand-balancing.

The rules are simple, you must do some form of hand-balancing every day throughout June.

This can be a crow stand, headstand, handstand, elbow lever, whatever you want to try.

You then film your best effort and post it to your Instagram story and tag us @maximum_potential_calisthenics
