On Wednesday I had my training with Iker, my PT and training partner. We usually train outdoors but as it was raining we went into the gym. After doing a few warmup and mobility drills, we did a circuit of 10 x box jumps, 10 x pistols, 10 seconds clutch flag and 10 x archer pushups, completing 3 sets of this.
The box was set at a nice easy 60cm for the first round, for the second 30cm was added, and then finally for the final round we added 15cm, giving us a nice 105cm. Below is a video of 2 of the reps I did completing this.
