Refined Processes to Get You Results Fast

We’ve experimented over the years and now have a comprehensive curriculum on how to get someone of any strength level to their first chin-up.

We now mostly use holds in various stages of the chin-up and slow negatives.

Combine this with effective warm-ups to activate the appropriate muscles and we’ll get you your first chin-up fast!

How Long Will it Take?

This depends on a number of factors such as your current starting strength.

The fastest we’ve had has been just two weeks, but Alison already had well developed muscles, she just needed her nervous system to learn the movement.

Once you book in for your Free Strength and Movement Assessment, we’ll be able to give you a better idea.

Flexible Training Options to Suit Your Needs

We can teach you both one-on-one, or in a small group setting.

We offer the option to pay per session or for just a 4 week notice period, you can sign up to membership to allow unlimited classes.

Continual Progression After Your First Chin-up

Once you’ve got your first chin-up, we’ll clean up the form and teach you to rep them out for numbers.

After this we’ll progress you to pull-ups, which utilise an overhand grip, requiring stronger back muscles than the regular chin-up.

Beyond this we will introduce pull-ups of increasing difficulty.

We currently teach out of Observatory Hill in the Sydney CBD and Jannali in the Sutherland Shire.

Which Classes Should I Attend?

The fundamentals vertical strength and hypertrophy are where you will learn to get your chin-up.

The horizontal classes are also complimentary as they work the muscles that we neglect during chin-ups.

These classes run throughout the week at both Observatory Hill and Jannali.
