Maximum Potential Calisthenics

Clutch Flag Progress

Today I started my session with some clutch flag training, been a while since I uploaded a video of my flag progress so here is my latest.

I’m going to stay on one leg tucked for a bit as my form isn’t quite perfect here, I’m not completely horizontal in one of the sides (right obliques up). I’ve found as I’m progressing with this that it’s starting to hurt my upper body less and my obliques more, hopefully once I have the strength in my upper body to comfortably hold the clutch the full clutch flag won’t be long following.
