Mobility classes are an important part of a balanced exercise program, and can assist with injury prevention as well as helping you progress with your training.
Our Mobility classes are run in Sydney – Observatory Hill and Jannali (Sutherland Shire) and focus on correcting common movement issues, such as:

- Deep Squat
- Shoulder mobility over and under
- Overhead shoulder mobility
