Our running classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings in Sydney CBD.
Classes include a warm up and drills followed by the run itself, with beginner and advanced options.
Running Class Details
Tuesdays 6pm-7.15pm, International Tower 3 Barangaroo (meet outside Bupa)

Thursdays 6pm- 7.15pm, International Tower 3 Barangaroo (meet outside Bupa)
Week 1: Intervals
Week 2: Fartlek
$15 drop in or included as part of Silver membership (and above).
If you are new to our running class, you can attend a trial class for free.

Running Class Styles
The goal here is to build cardiovascular fitness and reduce the lactate threshold (i.e. being able to maintain ‘race pace’ for longer).
Goal is to increase speed with short explosive reps, increase lactate threshold with londer distances and more repetitions and to build strength with hill repetitions.
Continuous interval training for speed and endurance.
