I thought it was about time I uploaded a video of me doing one arm pushups which I’ve been able to do for a few months now, the first video didn’t show the width of my legs so I rested for a couple of minutes and did it again.
This is the first time I’ve seen myself do them and I’m fairly pleased with the form, my shoulder doesn’t drop at the bottom like it used to but my body still rotates a little to assist with me getting up, but something to work on. I’m still a long way off being able to do Convict Conditioning style feet together one arm pushups but I’ll get there, it just requires patience and a commitment to continuous progress.
