Last Tuesday I went to a yoga class for the first time, I’ve got a good deal close to my home where I can pay $48 dollars for 30 days unlimited classes. I found I quite enjoyed it, it was a fairly beginner class and the exercises weren’t too challenging even for my inflexible body, it was however enough to make me feel a lot looser afterwards and even quite relaxed.

Flexibility is the one area of my fitness that I neglect so I’m hoping that yoga will be able to help this without negatively affecting my training schedule. I’ll go again tomorrow and see if I see any improvement over the next few weeks.
