Muscleup Training

In my Thursday session, after we’ve done 2 rounds of Convict Conditioning we do some exercises to try and help get us to be able to do muscleups. This has included partner assisted muscleups, jumping muscleups, kipping pullups and straight dips. Andres managed to do the muscle up a couple of months ago but Ronan and I are still working on them.

Last week we managed to complete muscle ups where you do one arm first, so we’ve started training this as part of the routine. Below is a video of my attempt this week, I thought about excluding this video as it wasn’t very successful but I guess it shows a good base to improve upon.

I’ll try again next week and see if I can get an improved video up soon.
