Maximum Potential Calisthenics

Final Interval Session

Yesterday morning we ran our final interval session before the race on the 22nd, this time our intervals consisted of:

1 x 6 minutes, 2:30 rest
1 x 5 minutes, 2 rest
2 x 4 minutes, 1:30 rest
2 x 3 minutes, 1:15 rest

Have to admit I’m quite releived the interval training is over, that combined with all the other running and leg work I do has started taking it’s toll on my legs and they’ve felt pretty fatigued. Next week we’ll taper and ensure we’re fresh for the half marathon.
