My training session today really was one of those days you need to take on the chin and hopefully improve next time. My uneven pushups were weak, I went backwards with my uneven ring pullups and my one arm negative pullup (video below) was rubbish. Finally I was supposed to go for progression level on grip training but forgot the towel so had to make do with standard 2 arm hanging.
These things happen, sometimes a training session goes amazing, other days it’s not so good. My training is consistent and I’ve not done anything wrong so I’ll learn from it, move on and improve next time.
