Just a quick update today. Having come pretty close last week, I managed my first ever ring muscle up today, the regular training for this has paid off. My next goal is to try get some reps out. I’ll upload a video next week. Just for a test I also tried some fingertip pullups today, managing with my index and middle finger a full range pullup. One finger was too much though, will need to progress a lot with my grip work before I attempt this again.
