I’m going on my holidays today, off to New Zealand for 3 weeks, it’s very unlikely I’ll update my blog in that time. I will however try and maintain a little bit of training, my body actually needs the rest so it will do me good but I plan to practise my one arm handstands a little.

Anyway, until next time keep training hard and I’ll post some more videos and maybe start on some tutorials when I return.
