Had a very good training day today! After a year and a half of calisthenics training I finally managed a bar muscleup. I’ve been getting pretty close, with my chest to the bar but then today everything fell into place properly, making sure I leaned forward over the bar and the next thing I know I was at the top of the bar. I’ll keep working on this so that I can try and do it for multiple reps and sets before reducing the amount of kip.

I posted a couple of weeks ago that I had managed my first ring muscle up, well today I got a video of it, am pleased with the form though I still need to work on the negative of this and also try and do it for reps as I can still only do one.
